Bond with your kids over the holidays with this Easter egg silicone mold recipe. Cooking with your kids is a great way to help them develop life skills, improve math skills, build independence, and foster responsibility. This is a recipe I came up with. Most of the ingredients and tools are available on Amazon. This recipe allows you and your child to be creative by adding different fillings.

Easter Egg Silicone Mold Recipe

- 4 eggs
Prep Time
- 30 mins
Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Fillers: 1/4 cup of trio crispies, coconut flakes
- coconut flour
- silicone Easter egg mold
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chip in a saucepan on low heat. You can also use your microwave to melt the chocolate. Whichever method works best for you, use it. You can also alternate methods of using the stove and microwave. This will help your child to get a feel for each.
- Pour the melted chocolate into each silicone easter egg mold to coat it. Put in the freeze for 10 mins.
- While the chocolate sets in the freezer, combine trio crispies, coconut flakes, melted chocolate and coconut flour in a bowl. Add enough coconut flour to make a clay consistency.
- Take the molds out of the freezer and add filling to each egg mold. Put them back in the freezer.
